Most Disliked
While Mammy’s Kitchen has built a loyal following, some visitors express a desire for extended hours as the restaurant typically closes in the early afternoon. This has led to some frustration among customers who want to enjoy their Southern comfort food for dinner. Additionally, peak times can lead to a bustling environment, especially on Fridays, where there's often a scramble for tables. Some patrons seeking a quiet meal might find it less appealing during the busy hours. While the food consistently receives high marks, occasional complaints reference longer wait times during peak lunch periods.

Mammys Kitchen is truly a hidden gem! We moved here not too long ago and we've been using google to try and find new spots to eat. We ordered the porkchops, biscuits, greens, potato balls, and the blueberry cobbler. with the gravy on the side. Believe me when I say, Mammys Kitchen is going to make me retire. I'm throwing all my pots and pans away! The food was that good. Everything was perfectly seasoned, the cobbler wasn't overly sweetened, and the pork chops were fried just right. You all just got yourselves a set of regulars. Me and my husband will definitely be back.

Been going here my whole life! Now that I have been away for many years I am shocked (not shocked) that the food is still just as good as 30 years ago.

If you like classic comfort food then this is the place for you. It’s definitely a little hole in the wall but don’t let that fool you…..the food, staff and the cleanliness of the kitchen are above average! Yesterday my husband and I stopped for the Meatloaf and it was soooo good. Also had the green beans which were just like my grandmother used to make. And omg the hole potatoes taste like they were boiled in pure love 🥰. Can’t wait to come back and try another special.
